CHEVY CAMARO CONVERTIBLE TOP DEALER REPAIRED - 2011 CAMARO SS/RS CONVERTABLE IPC
I Purchased (2) 2011 Camaro convertible pace cars for investments as they only made 500 total and 153 manual transmissions. The convertible top was replaced under warranty on my wife's Camaro in 2012,by a dealership in Maryland, After moving to Orlando we noticed the top was not working correctly and cables were coming through the edges. We took the Camaro to David Maus Chevrolet where we were informed the top was installed incorrectly and it was poor workmanship by the former dealer.Steve Revette the service Manager said he would call the regional manager and get it covered by GM.i was informed a month later that the top could NOT be repaired in FL but would need to be sent back to Maryland and repaired to Steve Revette and my disbelief THIS MESSAGE WAS LEFT ON MY CELL SO IT WILL BE GOING ON YOUTUBE(the service manager saying he cant believe GM wont cover it under warranty.Icalled GM customer support and talked to Chrystal she gave me a CASE#71-1325738936 said she would talk to both Dealers and get my convertible top fixed as it was not done correctly under warranty. Chrystal called me today and said take your Camaro back to Maryland and the dealer will fix it correctly this time. I also recorded this conversation and it will be going on YOUTUBE as well.
MY 2011 CAMARO WAS REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY BY AN AUTHORIZED DEALER ,,,WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO DRIVE MY CAR BACK TO MARYLAND WHEN GM PAID A DEALER TO FIX IT AND NOW ITS FALLING APART DUE TO POOR WORKMANSHIP AT A MARYLAND DEALER..YEA DRIVE 1400 MILES SO THEY CAN RIP ME OFF AGAIN BY DOING INCOMPITANT AND POOR WORKMANSHIP..
