GM 2003 Silverado 3500 Duramax - GM Cusomer Service and GM in General

I have 03 Silverado 3500 Duramax with 38,000 miles. It has been in storage. Had dealer replace cracked fuel filter housing. Dealer has replaced 7 or 8 in last few months. Obviously, inherent problem with this model. GM refused to reimburse any of $900.00 cost.
