Why or why do we still buy these useless GM vehicles?
We owned 4 different GMC Suburban, Denali, Yukon Xl etc...
They all had the rear AC go bad after a few years.
Impossible to have any GM truck from 1991-2014 with rear AC still operational after 3-4 years in a Northern climate (NY).
GM has known about this issue for over 23 years but has not been responsible towards its clients that have had to pay over $1500 every time for this repair.
On top of that the repairs only last for a couple of years. A serious reoccuring loss of time and money.
GM continues to produce the same exact defect year after year. Shame on them...but nothing last forever walk into any GM dealer and you can sense the archaic methods and vintage attitude still permeating the place.
How incredible that they were bailed out with tax payers money.
I wonder if we produced the same bad design in our business for over 23 years if uncle Sam will also bail us out when thing go South?
