  • Remote start/lock

My original remote for my 2007 pontiac g6 quit working, so I bought and had installed by a dealer a new one. The plastic it is made of is much cheaper than the old one was. I just had it replaced in the end of December 2014 and it has several cracks and chunks of plastic missing and it is only February 2015. This remote has not had any more than normal use and it is literally falling apart. It was quite expensive and I would like a new one because this ridiculous. I had my original remote since I bought the car and never had such an issue with the plastic. I am really unhappy with the... More...

  • Pension Buy Out

why should I care what's going on with gm? after gm and the uaw fucked us hourly retirees over!!!!!!!!!! Us retirees don't even get a chance to vote on anything; but we still have to pay union dues!!!!!!!!!! I want the same chance the salaried retirees got!! A couple years ago GM let the salaried retirees take a lump sum buyout of their pension retirement! Why don't us uaw retirees get the same deal? My wife and I WANT the same deal; I am 64 and in pretty good health; and my wife is 52; and we want to make a deal to get a buy out of our pension retirement with... More...

  • Bad torque converter

Torque converter is bad in my Pontiac torrent which I purchased new in 2007. The only help I can get on getting this fixed is a $2,300 bill or a coupon for $2,500 off a new vehicle they called it a loyalty bonus. I believe I was loyal first to buy a Gm. I will buy a new Gm soon enough if I get satisfied with this issue. But if not I'll never own a Gm again, nor will any member of my family. Currently most of my family drives Gm vehicles More...

  • Pontiac Torrent Blend door

My heat failed yesterday on my 2006 Pontiac Torrent. After spending the last 3 hours researching this issue and reading over 400 complaints from other torrent and equinox drivers, I am very concerned. As a single mother of three young children I seldom have 1100$ laying around. It was -19 today! How am I going to get to work and groceries if I cannot see out of my windshield?! All due to what is obviously a faulty part? I'm very disappointed in GM and will be going back to a foreign car. No wonder your losing all your sales to a foreign market, you can't be trusted to correct your... More...

  • Driver side door

Hello my name is Brittany Davis. I purchase a Chevy Malibu in 2009 from Merrollis Chevolet, at the time of puchase my car appeared to be fine, however in 2010 I noticed that my driver side door has rust and the door hangs low. I have been trying to get help for this problem since 2010 when I first notice the problems. My insurance company advised to call GM they believe it is a manufacting issue. I did so only to be told their was noting that could be done for me. I cannot give up because I am a student and cannot afford to pay out of pocket for a issue that I did not cause. I brought my... • Defective Rims

three of the four rims on my car have the chrome peeling right off them. I took it to a GM dealer I was promised the three rims, was told to drop it off two days later, I did, waited an hour and a half, someone came out and said the rims didnt match so they would just order me the fourth rim. They said sorry can you drop it off on Monday and we will get those rims put on for you. I did. Five hours later I get a call saying ....sorry sir we called a GM rep to see if we could get you an upgrad on rims given the hassle and aside from the rims a faulty exhaust. When we did the Gm rep not only... More...

  • parts availability

My 2009 Pontiac G8 GT was in an accident on January 8, 2011. I had the vehicle taken to a private repair shop. It is now February 28th 7 days shy of two months and General Motors have still to yet produce the Airbag needed to complete the repairs for my car. In January I was told that the part was on national backorder and should be in within a few weeks. Week after week they say that it should be in the following week. Today I was told that the part should be delivered on March 14th. My patience has completely ran out not to add to the fact that I am incurring daily cost for a rental car... More...

  • Silverado Truck

Five out of Eight injectors out on 2002 Silverado Duramax. It has 70,000 miles. Almost new. You know you have a problem with these injectors. Extende warranty for "seven years or 200,000 miles" You denied my repairs because truck is "eight years old". So what? this isn't a part that should wear with age. After jerking me around for nearly a week,, telling me what great customer service you provide and how you want to satisfy customers, you finally get around to telling me you can't cover because its "too old." I will never buy another GM product... More...
