Customer service lies


A GM dealer replaced the fuel level sensor in my truck, which was working fine before they touched it, and it has not worked right since.I complained to the dealership and they ignored me for two years.

Finally I emailed customer service (cac@gmc.com) and Riza told me GM would pay to have the fuel level sensor fixed.

I made an appointment to have it done, and now GM calls back and says they will not pay for it.They wasted my time for nothing.

Bad part, bad service from the dealer, and now lies from customer service.
