GM Customer Care - GM


My 2013 malibu has 26.6K miles on it and has a noise that can not be identified by the service dept or GM. GM sends in an engineer to review and fix, and instead they REDUCE the noise by 90% and can't identify nor FIX the issue. I want them to provide incentives to me to purchase another vehicle since the vehicle I bought thinking it would be working 100% of the time, now is 90% reduced and safe to drive. This is crazy as I bought a car that I thought would work, not one that is unfixable with a noise that can't be fixed.
