GM INFERIOR QUALITY CARS - Cadillac CTS


Our Cadillac CTS is in the repair shop again for the same problem we paid over $1,000 to fix previously. GM's exec assistants used deception & delay tactics & failed to help with any problem resolution. Where is their training ? Oversight ? GM should pay this bill & compensate us for the grief of their inept incompetent staff and depriving us of our transportation while these incompetents pass the buck & create different file no.'s: 71-1305208758, 71-1302902747, 71-1303056124.
