General Motors and Apple Chevrolet - Saturn IOn
Isn't it bad enough that General Motors risked my life with a faulty ignition system on my Saturn Ion 2006? Can't they try to go above and beyond to try to recover from their tarnished reputation? No. They're all about not spending an extra dollar to try to do that very thing.
Today I get the call from Apple Chevrolet, in Orland Park. IL that they have availability to fix the ignition recall, only to find out that there are 2 additional recalls on my car. I can't remember being notified regarding these 2 other recalls.
My problem with all this is that they WON'T give me a loaner car while they fix the 3 recalls on my car. The 3 necessary recalls will take the better part of a day and they feel that my relatives should be bothered to get me to and from my office so that they can fix THEIR problems. Come on! It's General Motors! They don't have any loaner cars to lend while they fix THEIR problems with my car?
I'm very unhappy with General Motors. Where's their goodwill?
