No Discounts...Rude Salesman Nasty Phone Call To customer...minor damage on roof of truck - 2015 Silverado High Country


I purchased a 2015 Silverado High Country off the showroom floor from All Amer Chev here in San Angelo, Texas, which wasn't discounted or cheap. I've purchased numerous vehicles from this dealer and always received some great discounts but this I didn't receive any as my sales person Chris Horn, didn't offer any Loyal, Litha, or Credit Union Discounts. There is minor blimishes, that were pointed out to me when I had Truck in Austin, Texas by a PDR professional which pointed out repair work done on the roof of the cab, minor discoloration as well, where paint didn't match, but he dealer denies doing any work on the truck, so I did ask Monty sales Mgr for the carfax which he was polite and emailed it to me, but nothing registered with carfax as I'm sure it didn't come from the factory this way, or did it happen during transport? My sales person Chris Horn told me to fill out their survey to receive a tank of gas, which wasn't true, I never received my gas but I did receive a Nasty phone call from Chris Horn so upset telling me I should've filled it out 100 % and he was so upset he went one about how now's he' on probation/might get terminated as I could feel the treats in his voice he was very angry, wen't on about how much trouble he did to sell this truck to me, switching over my acccessories from one truck to the new one, etc, I just ended up hanging up on him. I talked with the lady at HQ in Central Texas which seem concerned and even ask if I wanted a different truck and told her no as I've already done things to this one, I was going to keep it, so I was pasted back off to the dealer, go figure on this one, as I talked with Paul Hatcher, which told me right off All Amer Chey didn't owe me anything, I assumed they'd would've accominated me after all I've been through, this was my experiance with Litha All American Chey, San Angelo, Texas.
